MEET YOUR COACHES
Amber Pool holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Biola University and a Master’s degree in Special Education and Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy by Dr. Steven Hayes, she has been actively working in the field of behavior analysis since 2007. Her experience spans supporting children and adults on the autism spectrum, collaborating with school staff to enhance student behavior, and providing comprehensive parent training. Whether working with youth or adults, she is deeply invested in helping clients achieve meaningful behavior change.
Jessica Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UC Berkeley and a Master’s in Education from the University of the People. With more than a decade of experience as a science educator, she also served as a Senior Health Educator at Kaiser Permanente’s Department of Lifestyle Medicine. In that role, she supported patients in making lasting lifestyle changes to help reverse chronic conditions such as Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Jessica coached individuals in achieving goals related to weight management, healthy eating, and physical activity. She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) under Dr. Steven Hayes and is a Certified Health Coach. Jessica is deeply passionate about helping others build sustainable habits and create lives they genuinely love.
